Booster Club

 Our Purpose:

The Cheertowne Booster Club is a non-profit 501(c)(3), volunteer-based organization that provides fundraising opportunities to the cheerleaders and parents of CTA.  The Booster Club will offer organized monthly fundraisers throughout the year to offset the cost of competitive cheerleading. Additionally, the booster club will organize fundraisers for the overall improvement of the program such as new equipment.  

 501©3 Status:

  • Confirmation of Federal Non-Profit Status received on March 22, 2008
  • Advance Ruling End Date – December 31, 2011 
Organizations described in section 501(c)(3) are commonly referred to as charitable organizations. Organizations described in section 501(c)(3), other than testing for public safety organizations, are eligible to receive tax-deductible contributions in accordance with Code section 170 of the Internal Revenue Service.
